1, 2 and … 3 points! Yes. It is not a vision problem, but a problem with the hydration of your hair. The frequent use of shampoos, lacquers, dyes, dryers or sudden changes in temperature, among others, can wear down the layer that protects our hair, causing our ends to split.
The ends are the oldest part of the hair and therefore, they are the first to reflect its deterioration. The best solution to end them is to cut your losses! But if you do not want to be cutting it frequently, it is best that you take care of it and pamper it and, also, put these home remedies into practice to prevent them from opening.
The egg is a food widely used in beauty, especially for hair care.
Being a food rich in protein, it will give us strength to the hair. In addition, it is highly recommended if you want to restore shine and softness.
For a more hydrated and protected hair against split ends, we recommend a natural homemade egg-based shampoo. How? Mix an egg with water and fresh rosemary. You will see the results.
You can also try making an egg and avocado mask. To do this, you simply have to mix an avocado, an egg white and a little olive oil. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash it as you normally do.
Another variant of mask would be with honey. Mix the yolk of an egg, oil and honey. Apply it on the hair and wash the hair afterwards.
Papaya is rich in proteins and amino acids and can be of great help to strengthen our hair. The best way to apply it is with a papaya and natural yogurt mask. Beat both ingredients and, if desired, add a few drops of almond oil.
Remember to let this mixture work for a few minutes.
There are many oils with great benefits and properties for the care of our hair: almonds, argan, coconut or olive, among others.
You can try incorporating it into natural masks or shampoos that you make yourself at home, or apply a little oil directly on the ends. Leave it on overnight and rinse it off in the morning.
And as advice to keep your hair hydrated, something essential to avoid its weakening and therefore the appearance of split ends, remember: avoid very aggressive dyes, preferably opting for those free of ammonia; protect your hair from the sun; do not apply excessive heat with the use of dryers or irons; and carry out a healthy diet and consume plenty of water for good hydration.
