But so much repetition has its consequences since repeated hand washing ends up damaging your skin by breaking the normal skin barrier. In addition, the drop in temperatures also affects the good condition of our hands and, all this, can end up causing redness, excessive dryness or the appearance of cracks and fissures.
There are some natural alternatives that we can find without leaving home, which are healthy for the care of our hands and that, if we are constant, they can help improve rough and dry hands in a matter of no time.
Olive oil

For the experts, the high content of antioxidants and essential fatty acids in olive oil, make it a perfect ingredient for the care of rough hands. With its use, we manage to nourish, hydrate and prevent premature aging.
To use it in the treatment of our hands, we heat a little olive oil until it is warm and we massage our hands with it for about 10 minutes. During the first days, it is recommended to repeat this massage process, at least 2 times a day. We can also use olive oil as a natural exfoliator if we mix it with sugar. The process is the same, but it is recommended to do it 1 or 2 times a week for 3 continuous weeks.
