Lemon and strawberry soda

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of water
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • Stevia

  • 1.5 liter of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Peel of half a lemon
  • Orange peel
  • Ice to taste
  • Cane sugar

For those who want a drink without bubbles and just as healthy and refreshing, they can opt for this recipe based on ginger and citrus. You only have to boil all the ingredients at the same time, with the exception of sugar, during 10 minutes over low heat.
