  • 400 ml of cold sparkling water

Afterward, serve it in glasses and quickly pour in the sparkling water. Then, as a decorative touch, you can also add a lemon wedge and some frozen blackberries to refresh the drink. Lemon and strawberry soda


  • 1 liter of water
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • Stevia

Another alternative you can use is the raising agents, a product similar to chemical yeast that is used a lot in confectionery, but that also brings that bubbly character to your homemade soft drinks, to which it adds a citrus touch very interesting. In this recipe you just have to blend with the mixer the juice of the lemons, a cup of strawberries, the liter of water and the stevia. Ginger soda

  • 1.5 liter of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Peel of half a lemon
  • Orange peel
  • Ice to taste
  • Cane sugar

For those who want a drink without bubbles and just as healthy and refreshing, they can opt for this recipe based on ginger and citrus. You only have to boil all the ingredients at the same time, with the exception of sugar, during 10 minutes over low heat.
